Job Purpose

Responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling art materials and designing custom framing, receiving and stocking and store maintenance.

Skills/Competencies
  1. Possess interpersonal skills crucial for relating to customers, coworkers and management.
  2. Possess basic arithmetic skills.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to learn procedures and follow directions with confidence, cooperation and flexibility.
  4. Must be able to multi-task, is self-directed and detail-oriented.
  5. Possess stamina.
  6. Must be computer literate and possess basic arithmetic skills.
Experience

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills; have art materials and retail background. Merchandising ability a plus.

Key Holder

Job Purpose

Responsible for opening and closing a store; providing excellent customer service in selling art materials and designing custom framing; receiving and stocking and store maintenance.

Skills/Competencies
  1. Possess interpersonal skills crucial for relating to customers, coworkers and management.
  2. Demonstrate trustworthiness and possess good judgment.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to learn procedures and follow directions with confidence, cooperation and flexibility.

  6. Must be computer literate and possess basic arithmetic skills.
Experience

Assistant Manager

  3. Possess interpersonal skills crucial for relating with superiors, coworkers and customers.
  4. Capable of handling multiple tasks, is self-directed and detail-oriented; relish autonomy.
  5. Demonstrate the ability to execute a plan with confidence and flexibility.
  6. Demonstrate trustworthiness and good judgment in decision-making.
  7. Possess the aptitude for learning procedures and the ability to instruct others in the same.
  8. Must possess stamina.
  9. Must be computer literate and possess basic arithmetic skills.
Experience

The successful candidate should have previous experience in retail store operations, customer service, staff supervision and an art materials background.

Store Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing store operations, staff leadership, training and development, employee hiring and firing, and providing excellent customer service in selling art materials and custom frame design.

Skills/Competencies
  1. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a staff.
  3. Possess interpersonal skills crucial for relating with superiors, coworkers and customers.

  6. Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making.
