Prices listed are for packages of average size and weight shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipments to other destinations and shipments of large, oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges, and may not qualify for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.

*FREE shipping does not apply to oversized or overweight items. **2nd Day and Next Day Air orders must be received by 12:00 noon Central Time (Monday through Friday) to be shipped on the same day.
Delivery UPS delivers orders Monday through Friday (Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will arrive the following Monday). Next Day Air orders can be delivered on Saturday by special request, and will incur additional shipping charges. For delivery on Saturday (Next Day Air only), you must request "Saturday Delivery" in the Order Notes/Special Instructions section during checkout. Oversized and Heavy Items Oversized and heavier items are subject to additional shipping charges, and may not qualify for 2nd Day or Next Day service. Some oversize items, such as Furniture and Easels, due to size and weight limitations may not be able to ship via UPS. These items may have to be shipped via alternate methods, such as truck shipment. Truck shipments deliver to curbside or loading dock. You will be notified of any extra shipping charges or alternate shipping methods before your order is processed.
Flat Files Flat Files, due to their size and weight, must be shipped via freight truck. Shipping times are longer for flat files. Additional shipping charges will apply. Freight truck shipments deliver to curbside only; lift gate or inside delivery will incur an extra charge. We will contact you with the additional shipping cost and any shipping options for your approval before your order is processed.
SMI Birch and Oak Flat Files are custom made per order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
