Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at orderinfo@plazaart.com within 30 days of receipt of your order to make return or exchange arrangements. Please include in your email the receipt number (this can be found on your emailed Order Confirmation) and reason for return. A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included with all returned merchandise.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns due to customer error in ordering will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Flat Files
Flat Files cannot be returned; all sales are final. Please make your selection carefully, as Plaza Artist Materials cannot be responsible for customer errors in ordering. If you need help in selecting a flat file or accessories, please contact our customer service department.
