Arches Watercolor Blocks feature a superior quality, 100% cotton rag, natural gelatin sized, mold-made paper.  Made in the Arjomari Mills of France since 1492.  These 140 lb. blocks are available in a convenient assortment of sizes and are ideal for field work.  Twenty sheets per block. Strathmore Series 400 Watercolor Paper Blocks are made with blended wood pulp paper featuring a professional grade random surface.  Recommended for intermediate and advanced watercolorists for mastering their technique. These watercolor blocks have 15 sheets of acid-free, 140 lb. cold press paper that is bound on all four sides for rigidity and to prevent warping.
