 Gessobord is a smooth painting surface for oil and acrylic media. It is less absorbent than Claybord, and the thick acrylic gesso ground is sanded to a fine finish. This smooth surface allows intricate detail. |

 Hardbord is the perfect substrate for those who prefer to create their own grounds and unique textures. Hardbord is a tempered wood panel that is prepared without the traditional oil tempering process. This provides more strength and permanence than when using untempered or conventional hardboard. |

 Pastelbord is an exquisite sanded surface for pastels. Hand-applied, the kaolin clay ground textured with fine marble dust granules is perfect for soft or oil pastels, and pastel pencils.
