Scratchbord has a smooth, absorbent kaolin clay ground evenly coated with black India ink. Scratch the black ink away with ease and control to clean, crisp white lines. Will not tear, crack or bend and can be sealed with spray fixative, eliminating fingerprints for perfect glass-free presentation. For absolutely the most vibrant color, add Claybord Inks to the scratched-in white lines.
