Derivan Liquid Pencil is an innovative new product that allows artists to create graphite and pencil sketch effects with a liquid. it is great for detail work and also for covering large areas quickly. The Rewettable formula can be thinned with water, and the Permanent formula can be thinned with acrylic painting medium to allow application of the softest of colors with a brush, nib or other art tools. Rewettable Liquid Pencil can be worked with erasers and it allows removal of areas with water similar to watercolor techniques.

All of the pigments are ASTM rated either 1 or 2 for lightfastness and all ingredients are non-toxic; labeling conforms to ASTM D4236.
