Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days* of receipt of your order to make return or exchange arrangements. *Claims for damaged items must be made within 72 hours after receiving your shipment. Please include your order number (this can be found on your emailed Order Confirmation) and reason for return.
A copy of the packing slip or invoice must be included with all returned merchandise.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns due to customer error in ordering will incur a 15% restocking fee.
