General's Charcoal Pencils

General's charcoal pencils are made of refined, compressed willow charcoal blended with organic blacks set in round cedar casing. General's white charcoal pencil is made with water-soluble white charcoal that can be worked directly over black charcoal. For use on all colored paper. Erases clean.
