PanPastel

PanPastels are hightly pigmented super soft pastels that apply and mix like paint. Layer, blend and lift to create bold strokes and soft details. Packaged in interlocking plastic pans, PanPastels are kept separate and clean for storage and transport. Use with traditional pastels, fixatives and all pastel papers.
