We validate for 1 free hour at either the Towson Library Parking Garage, located on Chesapeake Ave., or the Cinemark Parking Garage, located on Delaware Ave. A validation on Saturday will give you 3 hours of parking!
Metered parking is also available nearby, including directly across the street on northbound York Rd. Metered parking is FREE on Sundays and after 6pm from Monday through Friday.

Plaza Artist Materials & Picture Framing is excited to present the 2018 Hands on Creativity biannual event in Towson! On Saturday, October 13 from 11am-4pm, professional artists will demonstrate various media, techniques, and styles. Creative demos and hands-on activities will include painting, drawing, block printing, Sumi-e brush painting, paper marbling and more. Along with ongoing demos and activities for all ages and skill levels, there will be free samples and door prizes! There’s something for everyone at Hands on Creativity.
